By accessing or using PabloAI (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including free and paid subscribers.

PabloAI is an AI-powered strategy, operations, and execution platform that generates documents, models, presentations, and plans for businesses. The Service is provided via web application at app.pabloai.co.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information at registration.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of any business you represent.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Generate content that is fraudulent, defamatory, or harmful
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or access controls
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission
• Use the Service to build a competing product
• Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise platform security

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

All outputs generated by PabloAI are produced by artificial intelligence. They are provided for informational and operational support purposes only and do not constitute professional legal, financial, investment, or strategic advice.

You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and acting on any AI-generated content. PabloAI makes no warranty that outputs are accurate, complete, or suitable for any specific purpose. Always consult a qualified professional before making significant business, legal, or financial decisions.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. All payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges on your selected billing cycle.

You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Stripe billing portal (accessible from your account menu). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period - no refunds are issued for unused time within a paid period.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of new pricing.

You retain ownership of all content you input into the Service and all outputs generated for you. By using the Service, you grant PabloAI a limited licence to process your inputs solely to provide the Service.

PabloAI retains all rights to the platform, codebase, models, and interfaces. Nothing in these Terms transfers any PabloAI intellectual property to you.

Our collection and use of your data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PabloAI and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunity.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees due, or if we are required to do so by law. On termination, your right to access the Service ceases and we may delete your account data in accordance with our data retention policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
